To be quite honest, I Love the products I've gotten from Temu! Although the site has way too many ads that pop up, It is a small price to pay for as reasonably priced everything is! Overall, the items I have gotten from Temu have been great quality! As with ANY online store like this (yes, even Amazon) things come from 3rd party. I do not have a problem with that as long as they keep the quality good and reasonably priced. When I do get something I am unhappy with, I am refunded.

On my second order, I had problems completing my order. The format confused me, and I ordered double by mistake... then when I tried to straighten out the mistake, I found it was just easier for me to cancel both orders. I would rate you higher, but right now, I feel the ordering process is still confusing. I don't receive the discounts promised when I order... I had a 90% discount pop up, and I placed my order, but the discount was not included (current order)... so what can I do about that?

It is annoying AF that undelivered items are listed in the "delivered" tab. This happens if any OTHER item in an order was delivered (i.e., partial fulfillment). That sucks! If an item has not been delivered, it needs to be listed in the processed or shipped tab, NOT DELIVERED! This is important because a lot of sellers seem to not be fulfilling their orders, and TEMU takes no action unless we complain. For that, we need Temu to show our undelivered items anywhere but the delivered tab!
